Upright spikes of purple-blue flowers, from mid-spring to early summer, and aromatic, dark green leaves. Rosemary is perfect for a sunny herb garden, shrub or mixed border. The young leaves should be picked regularly to ensure a plentiful supply of young, succulent leaves.Leaves may be used to flavour lamb, pork and roasted vegetables.

  • Garden care: To ensure a plentiful supply of young, succulent leaves for culinary use gather the leaves regularly and prune each spring.

“Aromatic evergreen needles, essential for roast lamb, but also an early, early flowers in softest blue - stunning under planted with Crocus ‘Cream Beauty’”
