Rhododendron BloomChampion Red ('RLH1-9P7') (PBR) The flowers are an eye-catching shade of red, and they appear in abundance, virtually smothering the compact mound of semi-evergreen foliage. Grows to 1m.
Rhododendron BloomChampion White ('') (PBR) Flaring trumpet shaped flowers initially appear in mid- to late spring, but then a second flush opens again in midsummer, and these will often continue until the first frosts. Grows to 1m.
Rhododendron BloomChampion Pink ('') (PBR)A compact grower, it is ideal for pots as well as borders. Grows to 1m.
Rhododendron BloomChampion Purple ('') (PBR) Rich green foliage forms a neat, compact dome, which is smothered with frilly-petalled flowers. Grows to 1m.
- Garden care: Apply a generous 5-7cm (2-3in) mulch of leaf mould around the base of the plant each spring. Protect from hot afternoon sun and cold drying winds.
